Great things are happening! ATI Aquaristik GmbH and Nyos Aquatics GmbH have joined forces to form a strategic alliance. This partnership combines the many years of experience and technical know-how of both companies to jointly shape the future of saltwater aquatics.
With over 25 years of experience in the field of lighting technology and as one of the world’s largest ICP laboratories in the aquarium Industry, ATI is a leading brand in the saltwater hobby, both in Germany and internationally. Products like the Straton LED have set new standards in design and efficiency.
Nyos Aquatics GmbH has made a name for itself through its high-quality skimmers and filters, and it has recently expanded their portfolio with the introduction of OPUS aquariums and
its own production line for the (very) successful PURE sea salt.
The merger of these companies will complement their individual strengths and fuel innovative
abilities. The companies remain independent, but from now on, joint products will be collaborated on and developed, combining the strengths of each. The aim of the strategic alliance is to promote new innovations and to act as a full-range provider in the field of marine aquariums.
This move also expands ATI’s leadership team. In addition to company founder and innovator Oliver Pritzel, Matthias Kapaun and Dr. Christian Kapaun are now Managing Directors at ATI. In addition, Daniel Mußgnug, the previous sales manager at Nyos, will now also be the contact person for all ATI dealers in Germany and Austria.
